• Extended: The Chin Strap - Extended is designed to address edema of the neck, the mandible, and the lateral aspects of the head and behind the ears.

Neck Pad:

• Universal: A Neck Pad - Universal is designed to be used with the Chin Strap - Standard, helping to address bilateral and neck edema where there is swelling of the neck in front of the ear(s). Made of Organic Cotton & Spandex (Ivory).
• Periauricular: A Neck Pad - Periauricular is designed to be used with the Chin Strap - Extended or the Face Mask - Full. This item has extensions for both the anterior and posterior areas of the ears and helps address bilateral head and neck edema. Made of Organic Cotton & Spandex (Ivory).

Eye Pad:

Eye Pads are designed to provide bilateral padding over the orbital area. The loose foam fill and lateral channeling assists in directing lymph fluid to the periauricular lymph nodes. Made of Polartec® Power Dry® (Buff).

Face Mask - Half:

A Face Mask – Half is a foam-filled garment that covers the cheek, eye and forehead on either the right or left side of the face (specify side when ordering). This garment is stitched with continuous flow channeling to promote optimal lymph drainage. Velcro® straps at the neck and the top of head (occipital) can be adjusted to patient's comfort level. The easily adjustable straps allow the patient to be comfortable during various stages of his/her condition and makes wearing the product overnight more pleasant. Made of Ivory Organic Cotton & Spandex (Ivory).

Face Mask - Full:

A Face Mask – Full covers the entire face, except the nose and lips. There are Velcro® straps on the top and the back of the head (occipital), at the neck and above the top lip. These easily adjustable straps allow the patient to be comfortable during various stages of his/her condition and makes wearing the product overnight more pleasant. Additionally, an adjustable strap across the upper half of the face allows for full vision when needed.

A Ready-to-Wear Classic Arm Sleeve is a full-length sleeve that extends from the DIPs to the axilla with a 10cm lateral rise at the axilla. This garment features an anatomically positioned thumb stub and an elbow dart for maximum comfort. Continuous Flow channeling directs lymphatic fluid laterally, away from the axilla and toward an alternate functional pathway.

Custom Made Arm Sleeve:

This Custom Made garment continues to be one of the most popular JoViPak® products. It was originally designed to eliminate the need for nighttime bandaging of post-operative arm swelling for mastectomy and lumpectomy patients. This full length sleeve filled with shredded foam extends from the DIPs to axilla with either a 6.35cm (standard) or 10.15cm lateral rise. It features an anatomically positioned thumb stub and an elbow dart. Continuous Flow channeling directs lymph fluid laterally away from the axilla toward an alternate functional pathway.

Custom Made Arm Sleeve JoViJacket:

JoViJackets are made of Nylon & Spandex Powernet and are recommended as a substitute for short-stretch bandages.

Custom Made Busti:

This garment is ideal for the lumpectomy patient who has swelling in the affected breast. The Busti does not have shoulder straps and it extends down to the lowest rib. Bustis are designed for lumpectomy and reconstruction patients only. This garment is not recommended for patients who have had a mastectomy or whose breast cup size is more than a DD/E. These patients may be better served with a Custom Made Vest, Ready-to-Wear Double Mastectomy Pad, and/or the Bellisse®.

Custom Made Vest:

The Custom Made Vest is a versatile garment that addresses chest wall edema and fibrosis common to lumpectomy and mastectomy patients. The Vest has adjustable shoulder straps and is made of Organic Cotton & Spandex for comfort, allowing for chest expansion during normal respiration. The Velcro® midline closure separates at the waistline to eliminate buckling. A Nylon & Spandex Powernet JoViJacket for the Vest is recommended for optimal therapeutic benefit.

The Classic Lower Leg garment is for patients who have swelling in their lower leg(s) and feet because of lymphedema and/or chronic venous insufficiency. The sole of the foot of this garment extends to the tip of the longest toe, with the dorsum cut back at an angle to expose the toes, and ends at the distal knee. The foot length is proportional to the leg length and girth.

The Classic Lower Leg garment (either Ready-to-Wear or Custom Made as appropriate) can be paired with a Hip Hugger or Boxer Capri for more complete coverage. This combination offers great flexibility, particularly when there is a significant disparity between upper and lower leg sizes.

Classic Lower Leg JoViJacket:

A Ready-to-Wear Classic Lower Leg JoViJacket is recommended for the Classic Lower Leg garment. The additional compression provided by this item is needed for maximum fit and effectiveness and complete the design of this two-part garment system. Made of Nylon & Spandex Powernet.

Custom Made Lower Leg:

This garment is for patients who have swelling in their leg(s) and feet as a result of lymphedema and/or chronic venous insufficiency. 4 different garments are available:

• Custom Made Lower Leg AD: The sole of the foot extends to the tip of the longest toe, with the dorsum cut back at an angle to expose the toes, and ends at the distal knee.
• Custom Made Leg AF1: The sole of the foot extends to the tip of the longest toe, with the dorsum cut back at an angle to expose the toes, and ends mid-thigh. It can also be used with a Boxer (the AF1 will be made with a cuff when ordered with a Boxer).
• Custom Made Leg AG: The sole of the foot extends to the tip of the longest toe, with the dorsum cut back at an angle to expose the toes, and ends at the groin.
• Custom Made Leg DG1: It has a cuff at the knee and to the groin with a lateral rise.

Custom Made Leg JoViJacket:

JoViJackets are made of Nylon & Spandex Powernet and are recommended as a substitute for short-stretch bandages.

Custom Made Boxer:

The Custom Made Boxer extends to the high waist and features a front zippered closure and Continuous Flow channeling, directing excess fluid away from the inguinal collection area toward the transverse watershed. It is available for both male and female patients with hip, gluteal and genital swelling. The Boxer ends at mid-thigh (approximately 15.5cm below the groin) unless otherwise specified.

Custom Made Boxer Capri:

A Custom Made Boxer Capri can be ordered if swelling extends from below the knee into the hip up to the waist. It has a cuff at the "D" measurement so it can be worn with a Classic Lower Leg garment. This style may be more appropriate for patients with lobules or when the thigh area is more affected. Must be worn with a JoViJacket for optimal therapeutic benefit.

Custom Made Hip Hugger:

If a patient has thigh swelling extending up into the hip or has heavy thigh lobules that need lifting, the Hip Hugger may be the perfect answer. Hip Huggeers extend from just below the knee and up to the waist (DK). It is held in position by an unpadded Nylon & Spandex wrap-around abdominal stabilizer, which wraps around the hip and is secured in front with Velcro®. This design helps provide a foundation that stabilizes upper thigh and hip bandaging.
